Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your new mattress, but we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. Our goal is to make the return and exchange process as easy and stress-free as possible.

 

Please contact us by phone or email within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to request a refund or exchange. Unless the item is faulty, a collection fee of £100 will apply, and the item(s) must be in their original packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.

Please note, Handmade For You items are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their bespoke nature. For hygiene reasons, mattresses cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened, unless they are faulty.

Refunds will be processed once the item has been successfully collected, returned to our warehouse, and inspected.
